Hi friends 👋 I’m Caiti, Founder of the balanced calm®.

As a holistic health consultant, I have a deep-seated belief in the power of omni-channel wellness® — so much so, that I coined the term! Health is multidimensional and complex. From the food on our plates, to the often intangible "food" of our lives, there’s not a simple, one size fits all solution to achieve our optimum wellness. I’m here to act as your guide, aiding in the balance of your spectrum of health needs. My approach is rooted in whole, present, healing — from clean, nutrient dense foods to powerful and sustainable lifestyle changes. My ultimate mission is to keep elevating the global vibration by authentically supporting a glowing, balanced, happy heart-filled life for as many of us as I can!

I'm a certified Holistic Health Coach by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and passionately believe in the power of energy work, including movement and sound healing. I’m a Lagree Fitness Certified trainer, credited Master-Instructor by Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET) and have a Level II Reiki certification. Most importantly, and in short - I’m a lifetime wellness student.

Having started my adult life surfing the big waves of overachieving living, and wading through the unavoidable heartaches of a vibrant life, I’m a classic recovering perfectionist. I've become increasingly devoted to my own healing journey — across all areas, because how you do anything, is how you do everything, for better or for worse. I’m familiar with the thrills that come with proudly identifying as a harding working, top performer and on the flip side, I understand burnout and adrenal fatigue that also tends to coincide. I know what it feels like to have to start over and, most importantly for my community — I can share what foods and lifestyle changes make a measurable difference in both mind and body. There is a magic to whole living and an incredible power in learning more about our individual bodies. From the power of aromatherapy and incense, to herbs, adaptogens and flower essences, to acupuncture and yoga, to meditation and sound baths, to color therapy and journaling, to clean, whole food eating, juicing and alternative cleanses, to energy work and gifted mystics, to trippy retreats and easily accessible diagnostic tests — there is so much available to layer together for literally, limitless, positive change, and that’s no even woo-woo, it’s all rooted in science. Unfortunately, our thriving $4.5 trillion wellness industry has made it challenging to decipher reality from trend, fact from fiction. If you're spinning and need a little extra grounded support, or if you're just curious to learn more, let’s talk! omni-channel wellness® honors the importance of equally prioritizing our inextricably tied mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health. in order to support each unique phase of our lives, it’s critical we acknowledge our whole bodies — physical and beyond. as an integrated health coaching resource, the balanced calm® will support your healing journey in a fun and realistic way, where we can discuss any burning thoughts or questions around nutrition, wellness and even general new chapters of life in a safe, judgement-free space.

in addition to offering a highly curated, cosmically created collection of supportive gems (online shop coming soon!), the balanced calm® tailors virtual retreats per each client, often drawing on a 3-month program model, broken down into 6 fifty-minute activation sessions held every other week for the duration of the retreat. during this time, clients cover an omni-channel wellness™ assessment of well-being, including mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health, and are supported in prioritizing areas of focus. as bio-individuals, every retreat is tailored to each individual client’s needs, whether geared more towards lifestyle adjustments, diet and meal planning, journaling, meditation and perception shifts, etc. fully remote sessions allow for a truly accessible experience for the global community.
